Salad
Make this salad it's the 6th year in a row. In winter, most bottles of goes like seasoning (or roasting)in the soup and use for stewing meat, or gravy.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 kg

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    200 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    300 g

  • Vinegar

Well, as always, let's start with the fact that a good wash, peel the vegetables...

In a larger bowl (I bowl)the first layer of grated carrots on a coarse grater.

Then the garlic (I rubbed on a large grater, but you can cut)

The next layer we have is pepper (you can rings, semi-rings)

And complete all the tomatoes. Not to stir!!! Leave everything in 6 hours.

Prepare the sauce-mix the butter, sugar, salt and vinegar.

Exactly after 6 hours, pour the filling into the vegetables, give everything a good stir, and leave the salad for another 6 hours!

12 hours have passed, put on fire and when it boils, cook for 15-20 minutes. Optionally, you can add 200 gr. greens (dill, parsley).

Spread out in sterilized jars, roll up and flip.

I agree, for a long time... but believe me it's worth it!!! Winter is just a lifesaver!!!
