Plum jam from HP
In the instructions to my HP there is a program of cooking marmalade. I tried to cook jam.

Ingredients

  • Drain

    580 g

  • Sugar

    360 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

Our products. In the recipe for the marmalade to the KHP was still part of the pectin 30 g marmalade I do not like and I cooked without it.

The berries must be crushed.

In the bucket of CPS to the berries add the juice of one lemon and sugar (do not add water!). Who likes more sweet, I recommend sugar to add a little more. To put the program "marmalade" (in my HP cooking time 1 hour 5 mins)

Because of the drain I had a very juicy, has formed a lot of syrup, and to not jam zachys, I have added konservat for 5 min. until tender. Ready turned out jam 850 gr.

When pouring the jam in the jars, it was pretty liquid, but after cooled, became thicker. For lovers of thicker jam, you can add any pectin or thickener for jelly.
