Appetizer of squid
This dish can be served as an appetizer, but you can with rice or pasta. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

Cooking

Squid pour boiling water and leave for a few minutes, then under cold water to wash and clean from chitin plates.

Tomatoes grate to skin, skin to throw away. The peppers are cleaned, cut into thin long strips. Put everything in a pan, add sugar, pour into the pan with the wine and simmer until soft peppers.

Squid cut into rings and long strips.

Spread the vegetables in a frying pan, heat one minute and off the gas.

To make the sauce. Mix in a blender the oil, soy sauce, red pepper and black, ginger, garlic and parsley.

Pour the sauce over the squid and let stand 10 minutes.
