Anchovies of sardines
Want to offer a way of cooking sardines in appearance and taste reminiscent of the exotic and expensive anchovies.

Ingredients

  • Sprat

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Coriander

    5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    125 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

We need a sprat. If sprats frozen, then defrost it and clean. So clean: cut off the head and remove the guts and backbone.

Chop the onion half-rings, garlic skip through the press or finely chop. Mix with the fish.

To mash these coriander seeds and mustard, add salt, honey, lemon juice and oil. With spices you can experiment, you can add a few buds cloves to taste or not to add mustard for example.

Mix all with fish and onions and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
