In order for the puddings turned out, it is necessary to observe some rules: - to let the dough rise overnight or several hours -it is good to grease the ramekins -bake in a well preheated oven to fill the forms to 2/3.

The dough can be prepared from blender. If not, then first make a thick batter, and then, stirring, add the remaining milk, to avoid lumps. Let the dough stand for at least half an hour.

This amount of dough is enough for 10 small molds with a diameter of 6-8 cm Or 2 medium size - as I have. Or you can make one large pudding. Form liberally lubricate melted butter.

Preheat the oven to 230C. Fill the dough 2/3 of the height.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, without opening the door, otherwise, the puddings will settle!

Baskets can be filled with any filling until they are warm or when cooled.

For my husband and I toasted thin slices of eggplant in olive oil with salt and Italian herbs. Posted on hot pudding and sprinkled with grated cheese.

For kids I made a filling of sweet cottage cheese with raspberry sauce and frozen raspberries.
