My family and I love to travel. And each country has its own national dishes, which delight, and on arrival home I want to reproduce something similar... very popular In Poland, "Pamidorau soup" which is like my boys... Want to offer You the recipe of the soup from the tomatoes as we prepare, in our family.

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Pasta

    100 g

To prepare our ingredients.

Tomato make tomato juice with pulp. Finely chop the onion.

Headlight sauté pan add a small amount of oil.

Add the onion and fry all together...

In boiling water put the fried minced meat.

In tomato juice add sour cream.

Mix well.

And add to the pot. Taste for salt, add sugar, pepper. And cook for 15 minutes. If you want you can add a spoonful of tomato paste (for a more vivid and saturated colors).

In a plate put boiled pasta. And fill them with tomato soup. Instead of pasta, you can take a pic.
