Delicate pate with herbs.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    250 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Cooking

The fish separated from the bones and cut into pieces.

Onion coarsely chop and fry in vegetable oil.

To combine fish, onion, softened butter and crushed with a blender until a pasty mass, beat it with wooden spatula until fluffy.

Add the chopped herbs, salt and spices (optional) and mix thoroughly. Chill until firm plums.oil.
