Wonderful cabbage. The recipe is my mom, she uses it for a few years. And now I have adopted.
Ingredients

Cooking
Chop cabbage and lay it in a bowl.
Pour the cabbage with salt, to paramati and allow to stand.
While the cabbage gives juice, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
In a container put layers: cabbage, carrots, Bay leaf and pepper to the top.
Cover it with cabbage leaves,
gauze plate and put the cargo.
Leave the cabbage for two or three days in warm. After two days remove the gauze and leaves, to pierce the cabbage in few places to the bottom. To try if you are ready to pass into the cylinders and put the cold.
