Cookies oatmeal-carrot-rye
Well, there are no words for how delicious these cookies, at first glance, simple products. If I hadn't cooked it herself, and I got treated, I never would have thought that it is made from rye flour and even carrots. The combination of crisp and soft texture makes the cookies really luxurious, insanely flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Oat flour

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    60 g

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix oat flour, rye flour, soda, salt, sugar.

Add grated on a fine grater carrots and sprinkle with lemon juice, stir.

Add chopped nuts and ginger, stir.

Add the vegetable oil and knead the dough.

Knead the dough until it will gather into a ball, if you will crumble and sticky, add a little vegetable oil.

The generated cookies are small balls, a little pripuzov, I even took a checkered pattern using a regular knife. Spread on a baking sheet with either paper or silicone Mat and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180*C. the Liver is allowed to cool down and Bon appetite!!!
