Pate sprat cheese
I want to offer not only spectacular, but a tasty snack for holiday get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • Sprats

    1 can

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • A mixture of spices

  • Tartlet

    20 piece

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Sprats to pull out of oil and mash with a fork.

Put in a bowl the cheese and sprats, mix well, add a little oil from sprat.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites with a mixer in a solid foam.

To the yolks add the ketchup, a mixture of peppers, (if using tomato paste, add salt to taste) and beat well.

Add the flour, mix well. Carefully enter the beaten egg whites and mix well again.

In tarts (or puff pastry) cheese spread-sprat weight (up to half baskets), and the top 1-2 tsp egg-tomato mass.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 minutes. That's the beauty we have.
