Pate from sunflower seeds and sweet pepper
Offer to try to cook a delicious, airy pate... yeah, yeah... don't be surprised - the seeds of a sunflower. All who ate and are unable to determine what he made. Very tasty with homemade bread and pita bread or chips.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower seeds

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Basil

    1.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Not roasted seeds pour in a large container and fill with water overnight.
