Pork with mushrooms
Very tasty and juicy the meat turns out and quick to prepare. Tasty and quick to feed unexpected guests :-)

Ingredients

  • Ketchup

    8 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    8 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Pork cut into pieces as for chops.

In a bowl whisk eggs with soy sauce and your favourite spices.

Put the meat in some kind of Cup or bowl (deep bowl) and pour the mixture of eggs with soy sauce.

Leave the meat for 5-10 minutes in the fridge and doing mushrooms. The mushrooms are cut at random (as you like) and fry in vegetable oil with onions for 15 minutes.

In the frying pan with vegetable oil. Get every piece of meat and roll in flour, and fry.

Meat to fry on strong fire from two sides quickly until Golden brown, then all the juice will remain inside.

The meat was roasted. Mushrooms are ready.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mayonnaise and ketchup mixed in equal proportions and add a little water to make it less often.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

In the form of a spread of roasted pork, on top of the mushrooms with onion, then cheese and cover with the sauce. And for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200*C.
