Description
Jam is obtained from apricots and fragrant with a pleasant acidity from the plum.

Cooking
Apricot and cherry plums washed and divided into two halves, remove the seeds. In the pan in which you cook the jam, first fit apricot halves and are part of sugar.
Then, on top of the stacked halves of the plum and filled the remaining sugar.
The seeds from apricots to split, remove the top of the skin, divide in half. Don't forget to try them, because they can be bitter and your jam will taste bitter. These halves we'll add after boil our jam of the first 15 minutes.
