Pate, beetroot and cheese
I love this pate because it is prepared quickly and consists of products that almost always are in each family. With this paste you can experiment by adding nuts, garlic, prunes or dried apricots. I like a pie with a spoon of salty ROE. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    330 g

  • Shallots

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Caviar

Cooking

Onion cut into rings and fry in oil until transparent, then add sweet soy sauce, then 1 minute and turn off the heat. Cool.

Beets cut into medium cubes, add to it the yolk and the cheese, crumbled with your hands. Grind all together with an immersion blender.

To beet mass, add the fried onions and stir. Before serving, chill in the fridge.
