Kebabs of Turkey with the millet
I suggest you make juicy kebabs with a crunchy crust on the basis of Turkey and millet! It is a complete snack for you and your guests will not leave anyone indifferent! I cooked the hot Dogger, but cooking options are many - whether it be oven, skillet, grill or even interesting shapes for cupcakes! Invariably you get a very delicious and festive hot and cold!

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

    700 g

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Green onions

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Nutmeg

    0.333 tsp

  • Lovage

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking
