Description
The original name of the salad, in my opinion, it is not suitable to him. The salad is rather mysterious, unusual taste combinations – squid, green Apple, pickled cucumber. In General, the dish is "not for everyone". The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Natalieee called "Tenderness" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Squid wash, remove the hard spine, put into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Cool it down without draining the water to keep them juicy. The eggs boil hard boiled and cool. Squid cut into strips, cucumber slices, egg whites grind. All mix, pour back the same corn from the jar (without the liquid).
Apple cut into pieces sprinkle with lemon juice with water to avoid darkening.
For the filling mash the egg yolks, add to them a little lemon juice, olive oil, mustard (quantity is optional, depending on the severity of product), salt, pepper. Put the dressing into the salad and stir. All ready. Bon appetit!
