Chicken in yogurt with Basil
I offer you a recipe for a problem solver for cooking juicy chicken fillets or thighs. Plus of this recipe is that the marinade needed just 10 minutes in the morning and evening, until to bake the chicken, then cook just a side dish. And a delicious dinner is ready!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Basil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Our main ingredients. Chicken should be cut into fairly large pieces.

Prepare the marinade. Garlic passed through the press. Mix in a bowl the Basil (if fresh, then chopped), garlic oil (TM "Oleyna"), grain mustard.

Pour the spices with yogurt. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. The marinade is ready.

Put in marinade our chicken, cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.

After the time preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the chicken in ovenproof form (or just pickle it) and bake in the oven. Breast - 30 minutes, legs - 40 min.
