The pizza dough and the pizza itself
Very tasty batter turns out thin and crispy as pizza places and it does not require any incredible time-consuming, is available for all products.


  • Water

    125 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Sausage

    150 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt


Of warm water (mixed with milk), yeast, vegetable oil and flour knead a soft dough. And leave to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. While the dough rises you can prepare the toppings for the pizza.
After the indicated time, roll out a thin vaseline, put it on the oiled baking sheet.
Grease it with a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup.
Boiled sausage three on a coarse grater, spread on top the sliced mushrooms and sprinkle with grated cheese (I had Parmesan). And all in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
Take out from the oven, cut into slices and upleatham for both cheeks :-) Bon appetit!
