Double cheese muffins with garlic
Also delicious muffins, cheese, with garlic flavor and melted cheese inside. Cold a little dry, but very good tea, and they are perfect for soup.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    220 ml

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    260 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Parsley

    5 sprig

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

Preheat the oven to 180°. In a large bowl, mix the milk with sour cream, egg and vegetable oil.

In another bowl combine the flour with the salt, pepper and baking powder.

Add flour mixture to liquid ingredients and stir until the connection of the components. Carefully knead the dough does not need!

Gently put into the dough the grated cheese, parsley and garlic.

To prepare molds for muffins: grease them with vegetable oil or put them in paper capsules for baking. In the prepared tins put about 1/3 of the dough, put in the center a piece of mozzarella.

Cover cheese with remaining batter, filling the ramekins almost to the brim.

Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes. Cool them for about 15 minutes in the forms, then removed and allowed to cool completely on wire rack.
