Description
Why this name, I don't know, but I didn't want to change it. Turned out very tasty dish, for which many thanks to the author. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Marusyk called "Warner" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Meat cut into pieces, about 1 cm wide.
Repel each piece from both sides, not much.
Put in a small pot and pour soy sauce. Add the wine, ground black pepper. Put the lid and set aside until aside.
While the meat is marinating, cook the potatoes and prepare the sauce.
Sauce: Cream, cheese preheat a pan, add salt (a little) and pepper.
Heat to cheese is melted. Ready.
Boiled potatoes peel and cut each into 4 pieces. Fry in butter, pour over sauce and sprinkle with herbs.
