Buns with raisins and sugar glaze
Such plachecki will delight you and at the feast, and weekday. Very tasty and tender muffin. The filling can be any, I did with the raisins, because of his love.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    130 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Yeast

    0.66 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    300 g

Cooking

Milk to heat, dissolve in it the yeast SAF-moment.

Beat egg with sugar and salt, pour in the yeast with the milk.

Part of flour sifted, mix well. Add melted and cooled butter. Again mix

Sift the remaining flour. Knead the dough well until smooth. Cover with film and leave for 1-1.5 for lifting.

From each part roll out a layer, sprinkle with 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1/2 part raisins. Roll the layer into a tight roll and cut into segments of 3-4 cm thick.
