Cauliflower with walnuts, Georgian-style
An unusual dish for me, but if You like pickled vegetables, cabbage such cooking should definitely please You. The recipe was posted in 2008, a user of Sofa called "Cauliflower with nuts" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring& amp;quot;.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 plug

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    2 handful

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

    1 coup

Divide cauliflower into florets and boil them in salted water 5 minutes after boiling.

Cabbage to cool, disassemble the Kocheshkov or cut into small pieces. Onion cut into half rings, chop the greens. Mix, add crushed walnuts and squeeze the garlic.

Salad salt and pepper to taste, add vinegar, mix well and put in the fridge for 12 hours (overnight). In principle, you can eat immediately, but the taste is unsaturated. I would recommend to wait.
