This year, cherries had been grown on the glory! I want to offer all gardeners your recipe frozen cherries in a special way.   • Vanilla sugar

Soak gelatine in cold water and leave to swell. Cherry rinse well, add 100g sugar and knead by hand until it forms a juice, and the sugar is dissolved.

Or Vice versa – if you don't have a sweet tooth, you reduce the amount of sugar. A matter of taste! Gelatin heated to dissolve, but not boil. Pour it in a thin stream in cherry mousse, stirring well.
