Soup Irish Hercules
We love cereal, biscuits, and bread made of oatmeal, and jelly from it. So when I first saw this recipe, I looked to him with great interest, and for good reason... the Soup was unusual, but at the same time very healthy and tasty, becoming in our family one of favorite. Rich taste to this soup gives presence of fried onions and oatmeal, and add chicken broth, milk and leeks

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    80 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    800 ml

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Dill

Cooking

Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until transparent (I was roasted in the slow cooker), then add the Hercules

I used to make this soup the traditional Hercules wholegrain TM"Mistral"

Add the butter and continue to cook until Golden brown Hercules (2-3 minutes)

Pour in the chicken broth and milk

Add the leeks, cut into thin slices, leaving some for decoration. Season with salt to taste, stir and boil after boiling over low heat for 20 minutes

Ready soup serve immediately, sprinkled with finely chopped dill and leeks. Sprinkle to taste with ground nutmeg
