Ingredients

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Caviar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese curd

    2 Tbsp

  • Crackers

    1 pack

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Spices

  • Green olives

    4 piece

Grind in a blender whites, butter and half packs of crackers (I made the croutons with the garlic itself, so delicious!)

We can use this caviar (I think you can substitute red) Recipe of the snacks was glued to the jar.

Mix well the eggs and the resulting creamy protein mass with crackers. Add the allspice.

Second prepare the stuffing: grind the egg yolks with the remaining croutons and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut into small pieces. Optionally, you can decorate as I have, you can just serve with greens.
