Salad Balaton-style
This salad tasted with a friend and she tried it in a cafe, hence the name. Very juicy and tender.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

This products needed for the salad.

Thinly slice the liver and overcook minced it together with mushrooms in vegetable oil for about 6 minutes on high heat.

Add seasoning for salad.

Thinly shinkuem cabbage.

Grind the cabbage with salt, add a few drops of lemon sauce (juice).

Cut boiled eggs.

Cut into strips the tomatoes.

All mix, dressed with mayonnaise.

Spread the salad on a leaf of cabbage. On top decorate with a sail from the bottom of the leaf, secured with a toothpick.
