A very long time I have posted this recipe, but no photo. Corrected. Very tasty eggplant. In any case, who tries, is sure the recipe asks.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sugar

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

With the eggplants, remove the peel in strips. Cut into 4 parts in length, but not to the end!

Fry in olive oil.

Tomatoes, remove the skin, chop finely.
