Cooking
Cook the potatoes and make a gentle puree, adding milk and butter. Add salt and greens.
Form lay baking paper, grease with oil and spread 1 pita bread to form bumpers.
On pita to put half mashed potatoes and distribute evenly.
The yogurt beat the egg, add salt and stir.
Put the pita bread and coat with yogurt (I have a pita wider shape, so I cut a suitable round, and the extra pieces put on top)
Slice the tomato, mozzarella and onion and spread on top.
Cover with the next pita bread and spread the second half of the mashed potatoes
Again, pita bread, coated with yogurt. Top tomato, mozzarella and onion. If you have any yogurt to pour on top.
The sheet of lavash to cover and "fill" it into the protruding edges of the bottom of the pita. Grease maynez or melted butter.
Send in a preheated 200 oven for 20-25 minutes.
