Cake
I managed to buy agar-agar, of course, the first thought - cake "bird's milk". Scrolling through the Internet, found the author of Cadena. For which she thanks a lot!!! Cake really like the "bird's milk" from my childhood.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    350 g

  • Sugar

    500 g

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Citric acid

    0.5 tsp

  • Agar-agar

    2 tsp

  • Water

    140 ml

  • Condensed milk

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Chocolate milk

    75 g

Cakes: 100g. butter room temperature vzbit with 100 gr. sugar. Add two eggs and beat until the sugar is dissolved. Add the flour and mix well with spatula. On paper (for baking) to paint circles in diameter forms. Divide the dough into two pieces, spread in a circle and bake two Korzh.
