Neeeeeeext.. Yeah, that's what the word came to my mind when I tried this salad. Very tasty salad, even the youngest daughter liked it. Done once or twice...

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 kg

  • Zucchini

    2 kg

  • Onion

    1.5 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 cup

Young zucchini on a grater. I use the Korean grater, very much-nice work.

Boiled beets are also three.

Since I recently became a happy owner of the cauldron, I now cook everything in it. Pour the oil heats up, fry onion until Golden brown, add salt, sugar, vinegar, then lay the zucchini and beets and all simmer 15-20 min stirring occasionally. Arrange in banks, spin and heat.
