                        Neeeeeeext.. Yeah, that's what the word came to my mind when I tried this salad. Very tasty salad, even the youngest daughter liked it. Done once or twice...                    
                 
                
                                                
                        
                            Since I recently became a happy owner of the cauldron, I now cook everything in it. Pour the oil heats up, fry onion until Golden brown, add salt, sugar, vinegar, then lay the zucchini and beets and all simmer 15-20 min stirring occasionally.
