Apple pie in Bulgarian
Delicate Bulgarian pie, very highly recommend to try. Is prepared simply, so delicious.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    100 g

Bulk ingredients to mix (flour, semolina, sugar, soda, salt).

Apples to grate on a coarse grater, add the cinnamon and lemon juice.

Add the powdered sugar.

On the bottom of the form for baking pour a small amount of dry mixture.

Then place a layer of apples, spread it.

To lay layers until all the ingredients. The last layer should be flour. On top of the dough to RUB the butter. Bake at 180C 35-45 minutes. ( until Golden color). Allow to cool and carefully slice.
