Delicious pancakes, the recipe of which I took in one MAG. Was doing the first time, and they all liked it. Such on the website not found. Maybe someone will like this recipe. Minimum cost and time.

Cooking
Onions finely chop and RUB with salt until it forms a juice.
Egg whisk, cheese three on a fine grater. Add to the onions egg, cheese, flour, sour cream or mayonnaise. Mix everything.
The resulting mass is put a spoon on a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on medium heat until Golden brown. Ready. Oh, by the way, if the cheese is very salty, it is better to take the cream and less salt.
