Vegetable salad
Zucchini stuffing we usually make them pancakes, cook hot meals with garlic. In a salad use them a little, but in vain. It is very tasty. Try it, you will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 sprig

  • Basil

Cooking

Zucchini cut into thin slices

Fry in olive oil until soft and it will turn brown

Fried zucchini folded into a bowl with the remaining oil in a frying pan. Hot zucchini add the chopped garlic, pepper and dry Basil

Add the soy sauce and leave the courgettes to cool.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and prisolit. On the dish lay the slices of zucchini and tomatoes in layers in a staggered manner.

Sprinkle green peas (peas, you can substitute pickled cucumbers, diced). Salad pour the remaining zucchini after marinating dressing.
