This recipe use about 3 years. It is useful due to the presence in it of seaweed and beets and it is very tasty. The taste is very fresh, full-bodied. The salad can be served as a diet and more nutritious version. Go to the light.

Cooking
The time of marinating the onions in the recipe are not considered. Due to lack of time you can skip this step, but do I don't recommend it, as the pickled onion adds a delicious touch to this salad. Recipes marinating onions in my Arsenal at least 5 types. This technology is borrowed in a great recipe for "Rustic wedding salad". At the moment this is my favorite option. Chop the onion half-rings. Mix all ingredients for marinade, pour over onions and leave in the fridge for 8 hours. Further Mariani onion but better.
Boiled beets RUB on a coarse grater.
Herring fillet cut into cubes. Add the pickled onions and sea Kale.
Mix well. To coat the salad with mayonnaise or sunflower oil.
I like it with mayonnaise. Bon appetit!
