Melted butter to mix with sugar, salt, add the egg yolks
Add the flour, then the starch. Carefully stir (I whisk)
Beat the egg whites with a mixer and gently mix into the dough. The dough is ready, you can bake waffles. I spread 1 tbsp of dough to the center, closed the waffle iron when ready rolled in a tube. Did the test, so no cream. The waffles turn out crispy.
