Salad
I want to introduce you my most favorite salad, hence the name. Delicate arugula and broccoli, juicy and flavorful marinated peppers, cherry tomatoes, delicious salmon and a little bit of Parmesan. Very, very tasty!!!! My guests this salad is always very good, he goes first! Ahead of the holidays, maybe the recipe is useful to you.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    3 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    4 tsp

  • Vinegar

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    0.333 cup

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Salmon

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Broccoli

    150 g

  • Parmesan

    1 Tbsp

Pickled peppers for this salad is better to prepare in advance, the longer they stand, the tastier they are. I usually give them marinate 2-3 days. Wash peppers and dry.

For dressing mix the honey, mustard, lemon juice, Italian herbs mix, wine and balsamic vinegar (you can do one with vinegar) and olive oil. Add the chopped garlic, salt, mix well

Pepper burn on the gas, until it is completely black. If the stove is electric, you can pepper bake in the oven or microwave, but the flavor will be slightly different already :-(

Then put it in a thick plastic bag and allow to cool

Then pepper clear from the black peel, seed and cut into thin strips

Strips of pepper to put in the jar and pour the dressing, close the jar, shake and refrigerate for a day or two.

Fish marinated with a mixture of mustard seeds and soy sauce, let stand in the refrigerator for a couple hours.

Then fry on a dry pan under the lid for a few minutes on each side. Most importantly the fish is not to overdo, so it remained tender and not dry!!!

Then the fish is cleaned from skin and bones, and to disassemble into small pieces.

Broccoli, boil or steam until soft, do not overcook!

On a plate spread sectors arugula and cooled broccoli.

On top of pickled pepper.

Refills from pepper, slightly beat with a fork, it should slightly thicken and become cloudy, we use it as a salad dressing.

Then place the fish, cherry tomatoes, top with seasoning and decorate with Parmesan cheese. Bon appetit!!!
