Warm rice salad with smoked salmon
Macaroni salad with a pleasant, slightly sharp taste.

Ingredients

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Salmon

Boil the rice. To keep them warm.

From half of a lemon squeeze the juice, mix it with mustard, pepper, salt. Add sugar to taste (I added 1 tsp) and constantly whisking, pour in vegetable oil

Slice the onions and cucumbers small cubes, dill grind. Combine all with rice. Pour the rice dressing and leave for 5 minutes.
