Tomato soup with red rice and mushrooms
In the cold autumn weather, this hearty and delicious soup will warm you up and will bring many benefits to your body!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

  • Sour cream

  • Tomato juice

    300 ml

We will need a core set of products. Red rice can be boiled in advance. Soft shell of this rice is easily digested, which allows not to Polish the rice grain, preserving vitamins and nutrients.

Potatoes clean, cut into cubes and put in boiling water.

Meanwhile, slice and fry in a pan the mushrooms with onions and carrots.

When the potato is almost ready, add the red rice.

Then mushrooms with onions and carrots. Season with salt to taste. Pour the tomato juice (not purchased, but homemade!), heat but do not boil!
