Frankly, it's not the diet dish, which I cooked!!! BUT... what is it delicious!!!! Like anything new and will not open, but for some reason this combination I zucchini is not found, and it is very much successful!!!

Cooking
On a small amount of vegetable oil fry the chopped zucchini circles (circles should be an even number). Salt.
Bacon cut into stripes (slices should be 2 times smaller than circles of zucchini). Fry in a dry frying pan. Tomatoes cut into circles.
On a dry sheet spread mugs zucchini, put a piece of brisket, top with a circle of tomato, salt, to close another circle of squash (now I understand why clubs squash should be an even number of pieces)
For each sandwich of zucchini to put a slice of cheese (you can grate the cheese and sprinkle). Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
