Cooking
To separate the egg yolk and white. Protein vzbit in foam.
Carrots grate on a grater.
Caraway seeds grind in a mortar.
Put the oven to preheat to 180*C. Add in carrots, egg yolk, Parmesan, crushed cumin.
Season with salt and pepper, add the flour, matzo (or crackers), mix, give a little brew.
Heat the olive oil. Carrot fry pancakes on both sides for 2-3 min.
Put the pancakes into a heat-resistant form. Bake in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
Serve warm, with sour cream.
