Cooking
3-liter jar: 1.5 l water, 2 tbsp salt, 3 tbsp of sugar. Cucumbers wash and to fill in for 2-3 hours, changing the water. Tightly pack the cucumbers in jars.
Pour the hot brine for 3-4 minutes. Then drain the brine, boil again and pour again.
Add in a jar 1 tbsp vinegar or 1 tsp of essence. Roll up. To turn upside down and leave under a warm blanket to cool. Even in the spring will open the jar, pickles like pickled.
