Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Potatoes

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Eggplant clean, cut slices, also slice the other vegetables: onions, carrots, potatoes and zucchini.
