Potato soup in Japanese
I offer you my version of potato soup in Japanese. Soup it's filling and very tender, and butter croutons give it a special charm. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Baton

    4 slice

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

Cooking

Boil potatoes until tender in meat broth.

Grind in a blender, puree without lumps.

In the puree add cream and soy sauce Kikoman. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 40 g of butter. A pot of soup to put on minimal heat and, stirring constantly, dissolve butter.

In a pan, place a small piece of butter and on medium heat fry the slices of white bread (or loaf) until Golden brown. Bread slices cut into pieces. In a deep dish, pour soup and sprinkle with croutons.
