Oatmeal-chocolate muffins in the microwave
Delicious oatmeal-chocolate cupcakes with blueberries. And cook them a five minute job, well, almost five minutes. Delicious: warm and cold. For me they are the most delicious muffins out of the microwave I had to cook.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    80 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla essence

  • Blueberries

    60 g

Cooking

Whole grain oat cereals of TM "Mistral" to ground. Do not have to grind into flour, let it remain and large pieces of cereal.

Melt the butter, add the milk, sugar, salt, vanilla essence and eggs, mix well. Ground oat flakes TM Mistral mix with agrihotel and cocoa.

Mix wet and dry ingredients together, add blueberries, mix

Spread the mixture in jars or mugs. I jar do not additionally lubricated. I have the volume of cans of 200 ml.

Bake in the microwave (I have a power of 850 W) for 3 minutes. If you bake in a jar, the time it will take 1.5-2 minutes on each jar.

Serve warm or cooled, muffins can be freed from the jars. You can also serve with any sweet sauce or jam. Delicious!!!
