Risotto is not an Italian version of pilaf, and, especially, not rice cereal. Risotto is a very unusual dish and it is cooked special with special rice. View my version of cooking. The delicate flavor of Arborio rice, cheese, and tender of any beef will not leave you indifferent to this amazing dish!

Required products!
Cook the beef broth. After an hour add the onions, celery, cumin.
From the finished broth to remove the meat and cool. Cut the meat into pieces.
Fry the onion, add the grated carrots to overcook together.
Mix grated on a grater cheese, milk, 2 eggs, salt to taste.
Add in cheese-omleto mixture, washed rice, meat, fried onions and carrots, 2 cups cooked hot broth.
Pour into a mold, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 220*C.
