Soup with champignons
The taste is just superb!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    650 g

  • Potatoes

    12 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Butter

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

Mushrooms wash and slice.

Mushrooms pan-fried in butter. Add Bay leaf, allspice.

Until the mushrooms are cooked, cut onions and carrots.

Onions and carrots add to the mushrooms. And there add a piece of butter. Add salt, mix well. Through time some more salt and mix well. (much mushrooms do not need salt, because the soup we have to add salt).

While the Dogaressa mushrooms, cut potatoes in small pieces.

Put the 3 liter pot with water. Water bring to a boil, then add potatoes, boil until soft, then spread the mushrooms, a little salt, boil. At the very end add chopped dill (optional). The soup is ready. Bon appetit! PS sorry for the photo quality.
