Brownies with raspberry jam

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Jam

    45 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Cream

    15 ml

  • Mint

Cooking

To prepare the dough. In a saucepan melt the chocolate and butter, stirring constantly, until smooth.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy mass.

To combine beaten eggs and melted chocolate. Add the jam, mix well.

Pour the flour with the baking powder and salt, mix well.

Put the dough in the form laid with baking paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 175*C. let it Cool.

For the ganache, mix melted chocolate, cream and jam. Cover the brownies with ganache.

Cut into squares. Decorate with a drop of jam and mint.
