Cooking
Butter grate or chop with a knife.
Add the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add flour and all grind into crumbs, with your hands or with a fork.
Add it to flour mixture and knead the dough. At first everything will crumble, but need some hybrids and the mass will stick together.
Form a ball, wrap it in clingfilm and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Clean the lemon and orange, grind in a blender or skip through Mincer.
In cheese, add sour cream, sugar (1 Cup).
Add citrus mixture and whisk everything with a mixer.
Add the eggs and continue to beat.
And add the vanilla sugar...
And 2 tablespoons flour. Whisk.
After 30 minutes, take the dough, separate from the small piece (the size of a large apricot). The rest of the dough, and distributed the arms in the form of detachable, which had previously greased with butter and sprinkle with flour. The dough should be distributed so as to get the little bumpers. Form I - 26cm.
Now on the dough, pour the filling.
The remaining dough thinly roll out and cut out the swallows. But without them, then all the dough you need to distribute in form.
Put signs on the toppings.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 130 degrees and forget about the pie for an hour. After an hour, check the readiness with a stick, but quite dry, it will not, the cake turns out moist.
Swallows covered with glaze with a brush. The glaze I did...
3 tbsp milk + 2 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp. cocoa + 30 gr. butter. All mix thoroughly and cook until boiling, while stirring. Glaze will turn out larger than necessary, it is possible to pour the pie when serving.
Decorate cake, sliced strawberries.
