Summer in St. Petersburg was cold and raw. The tomatoes ripened slowly and quickly started to blacken because of the cold nights. And freak a lot of them. Decided to maximize the harvest. It turned out quick and tasty.
Thoroughly wash and trim tomatoes. Cut into cubes.
Pour water into the pan. Bring to a boil.
Add the tomatoes and cook, stirring constantly 30 to 40 minutes. At the end of cooking, add salt and spices. Hot lay on a sterile banks and roll. Bon appetit!
