Squash roll
Interesting use of squash. What good rolls? A variety of fillings :)

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Sausage

    2 piece

  • Ketchup

    50 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

Zucchini wash, peel, grate on a coarse grater. Add salt and leave for 15 minutes.

Beat eggs.

Onions and garlic peel, chop. Greens wash and finely chopped (I had dried).

Grated zucchini a good squeeze and mix with the eggs and the remaining ingredients for cake. If the dough is watery, add more flour.

Put squash mass of the rectangle is an even layer about 1.5 cm. I Have a Teflon Mat. A baking tray covered with baking paper and brush with oil. Bake in preheated oven at 180-200 15-20 minutes.

Here I have lost the pictures. But easy to imagine. Sausage finely chop, grate the cheese. Remove the cake from oven, spread with ketchup. Spread on top of sausage, sprinkle with cheese (a little cheese to leave). Roll it up and bake for another 15-20 minutes. For 5-7 minutes before end of cooking sprinkle the cheese on top of loaf.
